IMSD provides residential services for all of Central Illinois.  Our licensed, experienced team of dedicated service technicians  provide prompt, dependable service, available around the clock. A/C repair, maintenance, heating repair, replacement, and complete new system installs are among some of the core services we offer. Our team works with homeowners  and warranty companies to provide top notch service. 

Here are a few things to do in preparation for your service appointment:
  • Please have an adult (over the age of 18) on site for access to the home or business.
  • If you rent your home, make sure you have your landlord’s permission to have your system serviced and the contact information available to the servicing tech.
  • Explain the issues you are having with the equipment and provide information on any previous work done to the unit.
  • Make sure the system is accessible by the technician. If there is something blocking any of your equipment, please remove it.  If the system is in an attic or crawl space, please let the technician know and have this area accessible.
  • Please secure all pets before the technician arrives.
  • If the system is frozen up, please turn the unit off so it can thaw before a technician arrives.
  • Be prepared to make a payment to the technician.
